First comes the pharmacy where the whole basket, delivery included, costs the least.
Order of medicines on lists
On category pages, the medicines most often added to baskets on our site come first, then medicines that more online pharmacies carry. One brand has at most three packs, and a list has at most 30 items. We order the products suggested for shopping list items the same way.
On substance pages, medicines are ordered from the lowest price per unit, for example per tablet, in the cheapest offer from 17–31 October 2026. When units cannot be compared, the pack price decides.
The home page shows products available in several online pharmacies that today cost at least 10% and ZAR 1 less than the lowest price in the 30 days before last week. Those with the biggest difference come first.
Nobody pays for a place on any of these lists.
